Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and ReactJS.
Build and enhance responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using ReactJS.
Develop and consume RESTful APIs and microservices-based solutions.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and Engineering teams.
Participate in application design discussions and contribute to technical decisions.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into high-quality technical solutions.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across front-end and back-end layers.
Work across the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Take ownership of Jira stories and deliver features with high quality and efficiency.
Collaborate within cross-functional pods consisting of UI, Backend, and Full Stack developers.





Preferred candidate profile

Backend (Mandatory)
Strong experience in Java
Hands-on expertise with Spring Boot
Experience designing and developing Microservices Architecture
REST API development and integration
Spring Data JPA / Hibernate
Robust understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
Experience with SQL/Relational Databases
CI/CD concepts and deployment processes
Docker and Kubernetes exposure
Cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP

Frontend (Robust Preference)
Extensive experience in ReactJS
JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript
HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design
State management libraries (Redux/Context API)
Front-end performance optimization and debugging
