Role & responsibilities
Install and commission CNC machines / machine tools at customer locations.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and CNC-related problems.
Handle machine components such as spindles, motors, gearboxes, hydraulics, etc.
Read electrical drawings, mechanical drawings, manuals and schematics.
Manage spare parts and prepare service/maintenance reports.
Travel frequently to customer sites for installation and service.
