ERP Presales Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct ERP product demonstrations for prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and existing business processes.
Explain ERP features in simple business terms.
Map customer requirements with available ERP functionality.
Prepare solution presentations, feature lists, process flows, and proposals.
Support the Sales team during customer discussions and presales activities.
Coordinate with Business Analysts and Technical teams for clarifications.
Handle customer questions during ERP demonstrations.
Maintain positive knowledge of ERP modules and end-to-end workflows.

ERP Knowledge Preferred:

Good understanding of modules such as:
Sales & CRM
Procurement
Inventory & Warehouse
Production & Manufacturing
Quality Control
Maintenance
Finance & Accounting
HRMS & Payroll
Dashboards & Reports

Required Skills:
Good ERP functional knowledge.
