Role & responsibilities

Ensure day-to-day vendor accounting, AP/AR.
Manage HO invoice booking across all departments, including vendor advance follow-up and clearing, Uber invoice scrutiny prior to booking, and CSR / Asset folder updates on invoice booking
Manage Finance PO and SES creation for HO entities and follow up on the GR/IR pending report
Manage invoice booking, vendor payments and bank reconciliation for HO entities
Process vendor payments vendor advances, HO Treasury advances, offline payments and Region BD payments
Manage vendor invoice processing in SAP and perform periodic vendor scrutiny and reconciliation
Ensuring timely payroll processing with liaising with HR team and payroll accounting along with CAP-DECAP working.
Manage salary accounting F&F; settlement, salary, reimbursement, NPS and incentive accounting and payment processing, leave and gratuity fund transfers, payroll reconciliation and PF compliance coordination
Review employee reimbursement claims (Expense Anywhere) for HO Finance Manage Fixed Asset register asset master creation, depreciation, disposals/write-offs, buyback, sale transactions, all fixed assets related accounting along with periodical physical verification




Regular HO Trial balance scrutiny, intercompany reconciliation and balance confirmation
Support audit requirements provisions and closure entries, vendor payable/advance analyses and MSME data for HO
Support for MIS and financial closure - Prepare and consolidate periodic MIS reports and movement summaries for the HO division
Prepare Group-level overhead cost allocation, Function-wise Overhead projection, review Budget vs Actual OH and ensure timely Corporate Overhead allocation with no error
Record monthly provisions; manage redemption and investment accounting of Fixed
Deposits and Mutual Funds

Preferred candidate profile
CA / Inter CA / M-Com /Finance degree with solid relevant experience with +8 years of post qualification experience in corporate accounting/finance, including at least 23 years in a role supervising or mentoring a small team, preferably in a large/medium organisation
Knowledge of SAP FICO
Understanding of Accounting and MIS reporting
Regulatory compliances (TDS/GST/PF/Gratuity etc.)
Prior experience leading or supervising a small team
