Key Responsibilities
Development Activities
Analyze business processes and identify automation prospects.
Design and develop scalable RPA solutions using UiPath Studio.
Create reusable components, workflows, and automation frameworks.
Integrate UiPath bots with applications such as SAP, Oracle, web applications, Excel, and databases.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support.
Deploy automation solutions through UiPath Orchestrator.
Ensure coding standards, documentation, and best practices are followed.
Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Support Activities
Monitor and maintain production bots using UiPath Orchestrator.
Provide L1/L2/L3 support for deployed automations.
Analyze and resolve production incidents, bot failures, and process exceptions.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
Manage bot schedules, queues, assets, and credentials.
Handle change requests, enhancements, and bug fixes.
Prepare operational reports and automation performance metrics.




Ensure SLA compliance and support business continuity.
