- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders
- Ability to manage project deliverables, timelines and outcomes
- Robust understanding of strategic planning and project governance
- Ability to handle team-level and cross-team decisions

? Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage overall delivery of programs/projects to achieve business outcomes
- Define project scope and monitor execution of deliverables
- Manage stakeholder expectations, issues and outcomes
- Act as an SME and collaborate with multiple teams
- Lead strategic planning sessions aligned with organizational objectives
- Facilitate effective communication across stakeholders
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones
- Provide solutions for complex project challenges
- Mentor and guide junior team members
- Support key business and project-level decisions
