Production Manager – Signage Industry

Location: Changodar, Ahmedabad

Experience: 3–5 Years

CTC: Depends On Interview

- Manage end-to-end signage production, from drawing approval to fabrication, QC, packing and dispatch.
- Handle manpower, production planning, material availability and machine utilization.
- Solid knowledge of MS/SS/Aluminium fabrication, ACP, acrylic, channel letters, 3D letters, LED signage, vinyl and digital printing.
- Hands-on knowledge of CNC, laser cutting, welding, bending, painting, powder coating and electrical/LED assembly.
- Read and interpret AutoCAD/CorelDRAW/Illustrator and fabrication drawings.
- Ensure quality, productivity, cost control, minimum wastage and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Stores, Projects, Quality, Dispatch and Installation teams.
- Maintain safety, housekeeping and production discipline.

Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing or related field preferred. Key Skills: Production Planning, Signage Fabrication, Team Management, Drawing Reading, Quality Control, Material & Cost Control.
