Product & Integration Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product & Integration Manager to own and scale our partner-facing, API-driven platforms. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, translating complex partner requirements into robust product features. You will manage the entire integration life cycle from roadmap planning and specification writing to UAT and production rollout ensuring seamless onboarding and a world-class partner experience.

Key Responsibilities

Roadmap & Strategy: Own the partner integration roadmap, balancing business priorities, technical feasibility, and delivery timelines.

Requirements & Specifications: Define comprehensive product requirements, Business Requirement Documents (BRDs/PRDs), integration specifications, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for partner enablement.

End-to-End Integration Management: Lead end-to-end technical integrations (APIs, SOAP/REST) with strategic enterprise partners and digital aggregators.

Agile Product Ownership: Act as the Product Owner during onboarding, execution, and go-live phases. Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily scrums, sprint planning, retrospectives) to ensure on-time delivery.

Testing & Quality Assurance: Oversee structured User Acceptance Testing (UAT), QA, and release management to reduce integration defects and onboarding turnaround times (TAT).

Operational Excellence & Support: Analyze production issues, track defect leakage, and champion root-cause fixes to continuously improve platform stability.

Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination:



Manage cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, QA, and Business teams, while independently resolving external partner queries. Manage vendor SLAs, invoicing, and coordination.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical & Product Skills:

Deep understanding of partner and platform integrations via APIs, SOAP, and REST protocols.

Proven expertise in writing PRDs, BRDs, and technical integration specs.

Strong command over Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

Hands-on experience with user journeys, UI/UX flows, and partner experience design.

Ability to define and track metrics such as platform adoption, onboarding TAT, and defect leakage.

Tools

Product Management/Agile: Jira or similar project management tools.

API Testing: Postman.

Data: Basic SQL for data retrieval and analysis.

Soft Skills & Leadership:

Excellent stakeholder and partner management skills with a track record of driving cross-functional alignment.

Robust problem-solving capability, with the independence to resolve complex technical queries and reduce engineering dependencies.

Experience mentoring team members and automating processes to improve operational efficiency.

Experience & Education Requirements

Experience: 2- 5 years of experience building and scaling partner-facing platforms in B2B or B2C environments.

Industry Exposure: Preferred experience in Health Insurance/Fintech, E-commerce, Hyperlocal platforms, or Real Estate tech.

Education: Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Electronics & Communication, Computer Science, or a related technical field).
