Job Summary-

LXIR Medilabs Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Product Management Executive / Product Management Associate to join our Product Management Team. The candidate will be responsible for managing products throughout their lifecycle, conducting market and competitor research, supporting new product development and launches, and coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Purchase, Production and other internal teams.

The ideal candidate should have strong market research, analytical, communication, coordination and presentation skills, with an interest in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities, market trends and customer requirements.
- Analyse competitor products, pricing, packaging, positioning and promotional strategies.
- Support the development and launch of new pharmaceutical/healthcare products.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product development, packaging, artwork, product literature and promotional materials.
- Prepare and maintain product-related documents, product profiles, presentations and marketing materials.
- Develop product USPs, key selling points, product benefits and positioning strategies.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to communicate product features, perks and market positioning.
- Collect and analyse feedback from the Sales Team,



customers and market to identify product improvement opportunities.
- Monitor product performance, sales trends and market response.
- Assist in developing product launch plans and go-to-market strategies.
- Maintain product databases, price lists, competitor analysis and other product-related records.
- Coordinate with vendors/manufacturing partners regarding product specifications, packaging and development requirements.
- Support the team in identifying new molecules, formulations, product categories and business opportunities.
- Prepare regular product performance and market research reports for management.
- Stay updated with pharmaceutical industry trends, competitor activities and customer preferences.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned product management projects and activities.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Product Management and Market Research.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prepare professional product presentations and reports.
- Good understanding of branding,



product positioning and marketing concepts.
- Ability to work with multiple departments and manage deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Ability to analyse market and competitor data and convert it into actionable insights.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or a relevant specialization will be an added advantage.

Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Pharma Marketing, Brand Management or a related role.
- Freshers with relevant educational background and strong analytical/communication skills may also be considered.
