Key Responsibilities

- Own the complete product lifecycle from product discovery and requirement gathering to launch and enhancement.

- Develop product vision, roadmap and priorities aligned with business objectives.

- Gather requirements from customers, merchants, agents, business teams and internal stakeholders.

- Prepare detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, use cases and acceptance criteria.

- Work closely with technology teams to ensure timely product delivery.

- Prioritize features and maintain a well-defined product backlog.

- Coordinate with technology teams on APIs, integrations, dashboards, mobile/web applications and payment platforms.

- Monitor product performance using KPIs, analytics and customer feedback.

- Identify product gaps and implement improvements to increase adoption, transaction volume, revenue and customer satisfaction.





- Coordinate with banking partners, payment networks, third-party service providers and other external stakeholders when required.

- Ensure products comply with applicable RBI, NPCI, KYC, AML, data-security and other regulatory requirements.

- Work closely with the compliance team during product development and changes.

- Prepare product documentation, training materials and release notes for internal teams.

- Analyse transaction data and operational metrics to identify issues and improvement opportunities.

- Act as the primary point of coordination between business and technology teams.

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
