The Procurement &

- Warehouse executive is responsible for planning, procuring, storing, and controlling materials and products to ensure uninterrupted operations while maintaining optimal inventory levels and cost efficiency.

Educational Qualifications: Graduation in B. Com or B.Sc. in Food science or anything relevant preferred.Required Skills:

- Knowledge of Purchase, procurement processes and Warehouse management

- Proficiency in ERP/inventory software.

- Advanced level of understanding in MS Excel

- Strong negotiation, numerical and analytical, and communication skills

- High attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

- Stock Monitoring: Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records of stock inward and outward movements.

- Order Preparation &
- PI Verification: Raise Purchase Orders (POs) based on customer orders. Verify POs against Proforma Invoices (PIs), invoices, and related documents before processing.

- Order Records: Maintain customer and supplier order records, including POs, PIs, invoices, GRNs, delivery notes, and payment details.

- Lead Time Management: Track supplier lead times to ensure timely deliveries and avoid stock-outs or excess inventory.

- Internal Coordination: Coordinate with Warehouse, Sales, Finance, Quality, and Planning teams to ensure smooth order execution and material availability.

- Risk Stock Management: Monitor inventory using FIFO/FEFO principles to minimise ageing stock and wastage.

- Warehouse Coordination: Manage three-way matching (PO, GRN &

- Invoice), print and pack scheduling,



loading/unloading activities, and palletisation planning.

- Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, onboard, and maintain relationships with suppliers.

- Inventory Updates: Record stock receipts and issues, maintain real-time inventory updates, reconcile physical and system stock, and resolve discrepancies.

- Supplier Coordination: Follow up with suppliers on order status, dispatch schedules, lead times, documentation, and commercial issues, including debit/credit notes.

- Warehouse Management: Ensure efficient warehouse operations, including inventory accuracy, material handling, storage, and dispatch.

- Field Visits: Undertake regular field visits to warehouses, suppliers, and customer locations to monitor operations and ensure smooth execution.
