Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic qualified to lead Procurement team. The Senior Procurement Manager will oversee end-to-end procurement processes for JLL's build projects, developing and implementing strategies that drive cost savings and operational efficiency. This role requires a forward-thinking leader who can manage high-value contracts, lead a team of procurement professionals, and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing JLL's competitive advantage through innovative procurement practices,



ultimately contributing to the company's local growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize cost savings
Oversee the entire procurement process, from requisition to payment
Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals
Analyze market trends and conduct spend analysis to identify cost-saving prospects
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide procurement solutions
Implement and maintain procurement systems and technologies
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for procurement activities
Manage risk in the supply chain and develop contingency plans
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in procurement proces
