Job Roles and Responsibilities
Vendor master management Creation of current vendors and ensuring non-duplication of vendors.
Accounts payable - Invoice processing and review.
Accounts receivables OTA billings, cash application & reconciliation.
Bank reconciliations Matching transactions between the bank & GL and resolving reconciling items.
Income Journal Verification of the correctness of PMS data with accounting data.
General Ledger/Sales Tax/Balance Sheet reconciliations Preparation of journal, Preliminary workings, and month close support.
