Role & responsibilities
Finalization of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account and financial statements.
Prepare and review monthly MIS and financial reports for management.
Handle and coordinate statutory, internal and tax audits.
Ensure proper accounting and financial reporting as per applicable standards.
Review reconciliations, provisions, ledgers, and financial transactions.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams for timely closure of audits.
Monitor GST, TDS and other statutory compliances.
Support management with financial analysis and business reporting.
Ensure proper documentation and maintain accurate financial records.
Preferred candidate profile
Qualified CA with 45 years of post-qualification experience.
Prior experience in Real Estate / Construction industry preferred.
