Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager to lead business growth for our Cloud Kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in FMCG, QSR, Catering, Food Service, or Cloud Kitchen businesses and a proven track record in sales, business expansion, strategic partnerships, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
Identify and onboard current corporate clients, channel partners, and institutional customers.
Build strategic partnerships with food aggregators, corporate offices, catering companies, and key stakeholders.
Explore current business opportunities and market expansion initiatives.
Manage end-to-end client acquisition, negotiations, and contract closures.
Develop sales forecasts, business plans, and growth strategies.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Collaborate with operations and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Drive customer retention and maximize business from existing accounts.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
