Role Overview

This role sits within the Support Centre (HR) portfolio, working day to day alongside existing mydentist BI engineers to explicit the current reporting backlog and build sustainable, well-governed data models from Workday. The individual will operate continuously against live API integrations rather than one-off data pulls, and needs to be comfortable working within the Azure data platform. Depth of Workday configuration knowledge is secondary to the ability to understand business processes, engage with management stakeholders, and translate their requirements into robust data models however, the individual must be an expert in the Workday data model itself and in Workday RaaS (Report-as-a-Service) reports specifically, as this is the mechanism mydentist currently uses to ingest Workday data.

Key Responsibilities
Design, build and maintain data models sourced from Workday HR data




Build and support continuous API integrations with Workday, ensuring reliable, ongoing data flow into

the platform
Own and extend the ingestion of Workday RaaS (Report-as-a-Service) reports via the Workday API into

the DWH/Fabric setting
Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for HR & Workforce stakeholders
Work within the Azure portal and wider Azure data estate on a day-to-day basis
Partner directly with business and management stakeholders to understand reporting and process

requirements, translating these into technical solutions
Work alongside existing mydentist BI engineers as an embedded member of the portfolio team,

contributing to the shared backlog
Apply data quality and governance standards consistent with mydentist&
