Required Candidate Profiles
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline; MBA (HR) is an added advantage.
4 - 5 years of progressive experience in HR, ideally within manufacturing, chemicals, or engineering sectors.
Hands-on experience with HRIS and comfort with HR analytics and reporting tools.
Deep knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.

Job Description
Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead end-to-end recruitment, including job profiling, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Assist in posting job ads on social medias and company websites.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial screening calls.




Prepare onboarding materials and assist with the orientation of current employees.
Ensure completion of all current hire paperwork.
Performance & Talent Management: Design performance appraisal systems.
Develop and implement creative HR initiatives, policies, and procedures to streamline the HR process.
Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as a point of contact for queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Drive HR communication and employee engagement programs to build a cohesive culture.
HR Operations & MIS: Oversee daily HR administration records management, HRIS maintenance, and production of analytical HR reports.
