Experience
Experienced candidates preferred
Candidates with hospital-based pathology experience will be given preference

Key Responsibilities
Independently report Histopathology, Cytology, Hematology, and routine laboratory cases as per expertise
Review and validate pathology and laboratory reports
Correlate pathological findings with clinical information
Supervise laboratory processes and ensure diagnostic accuracy
Monitor quality control and quality assurance activities
Guide laboratory technicians and ensure adherence to SOPs
Coordinate with clinicians and other specialists for appropriate patient management
Maintain accurate pathology records and documentation




Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, infection control, and applicable quality standards

Skills Required
Strong diagnostic and reporting skills in Pathology
Positive knowledge of Histopathology, Cytology, and Hematology
Excellent attention to detail and clinical correlation skills
Teamwork abilities
