Job description:
Handle inbound calls from patients, registered nurses/doctors, and pharmaceutical regarding orders, cancellations, refunds, and related queries.
Demonstrate empathy and understanding while addressing customer concerns.
Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and customer service.
Follow defined processes, policies, and compliance requirements.

Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills
Comfortable handling voice calls
Willingness to work in US shifts
Minimum 6 months of Voice background
Prior US Healthcare/BPO experience preferred
