Responsibilities

Design and Drafting
Assist in creating conceptual and detailed architectural designs for projects.
Prepare CAD drawings, 3D models, and renderings.
Develop layouts and floor plans based on project requirements.

Coordination
Collaborate with project managers, and consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
Coordinate with engineering teams (structural, MEP) to align architectural designs with technical requirements.

Regulatory Compliance
Assist in preparing documentation for government approvals and permits.
Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations.

Site Visits
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
Address design-related queries from contractors and provide solutions under guidance.

Presentation and Reporting
Prepare design presentations for internal stakeholders and clients.
Support the team in project reporting and documentation.
