Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MIS Executive who can prepare, manage, and present accurate MIS reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights. The role demands robust analytical skills, excellent command of Excel/Power BI, and the ability to present information clearly to management.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Analyze data to identify key trends, variances, and performance metrics.
Develop dashboards using Excel, PowerPoint & Power BI.
Convert raw data into meaningful insights for management.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
Collaborate with various departments for data collection and validation.
Prepare presentations and assist in decision-making with structured reporting.
Support process improvements through data-driven recommendations.

Skills Required
Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts).
Robust proficiency in Power BI and PowerPoint.
Excellent data interpretation & analytical thinking.

Experience

4 to 6 years in MIS, Reporting, or Data Analysis roles.
