They will be responsible for outbound calls to insurance providers, verifying claim status and eligibility, and taking necessary actions for denied claims. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team workplace.
Freshers with a minimum of 1+ year of experience in a voice-based role.
Any undergraduate or graduate degree.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in using MS Office applications.
Willingness to work in shifts, 8 pm to 5 am or 5:30 pm to 2:30 am.
Flexibility to adapt to different voice-based processes.

Make outbound calls to insurance companies for claim status and eligibility verification.
Document and manage denial processes, ensuring timely follow-up.
Schedule and conduct calls based on client appointments.

Adapt to various voice-based processes as per business needs.
Maintain accurate daily logs and records.
Meet client SLAs with speed and accuracy.
