Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to US insurance providers to follow up on medical claims.
- Handle inbound queries related to claims, billing status, and patient appointments.
- Schedule patient appointments and update records accurately in the system.
- Accurately document call details and update claim status in the system.
- Meet daily/weekly performance metrics for call handling and collections.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth claim resolution.

Qualifications & Skills

- Good English communication (verbal & written).
- Basic knowledge of computers/MS Office.
- Freshers or candidates with prior BPO/Healthcare experience are welcome.
- Willingness to work night shifts (US process).
