We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and academically strong School Principal to lead our CBSE school. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, administrative, academic, and people-management skills, with a proven track record of managing school operations and maintaining high academic standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide overall academic and administrative leadership to the school.
- Ensure effective implementation of CBSE curriculum, rules, regulations, and policies.
- Lead and motivate teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Monitor academic performance and continuously improve teaching-learning practices.
- Supervise lesson planning, examinations, assessments, and academic activities.
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Develop and implement school policies, procedures, and systems.
- Coordinate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and management.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews.
- Oversee recruitment, training, development, and performance of staff.
- Ensure proper maintenance of school records and documentation.
- Promote co-curricular activities, sports, values, and overall student development.
- Ensure compliance with CBSE and other applicable educational requirements.
- Represent the school professionally before parents, authorities, and the wider community.




- Work closely with the Management/Director to achieve the school's academic and institutional goals.

Eligibility & Experience:

- Master's Degree in any relevant subject.
- B.Ed. is mandatory/preferred as applicable to CBSE requirements.
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in school education, preferably in a CBSE school.
- Previous experience as Principal / Vice Principal / Head of School / Senior Academic Coordinator will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of CBSE rules, regulations, documentation, and academic systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead a large team and manage school operations independently.
