Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager, Senior Product Manager, Group Product Manager to manage the life cycle of pharmaceutical products, develop marketing strategies, and drive product growth in the market. The candidate will work closely with sales, medical, regulatory, and marketing teams to ensure successful product positioning and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement product marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.

- Manage the product lifecycle from launch to maturity.

- Design and execute brand plans and promotional campaigns.

- Work with sales teams to develop product communication and training materials.

- Coordinate with medical, regulatory, and R&D; teams for product development and compliance.

- Monitor product performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

- Organize CME programs, conferences,



and product launches.

- Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal ROI.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Pharmacy / Life Sciences / Medicine / Biotechnology.

- MBA in Marketing / Pharmaceutical Management preferred.

- 37 years of experience in pharma marketing or product management.
