Role & responsibilities
Costing & Pricing: Analyze manufacturing costs of cables; prepare detailed cost sheets covering raw materials, labor, overheads, and logistics; support management in pricing decisions and profitability analysis.
Tender Preparation & Submission: Review RFQs, technical specifications, drawings, and tender documents; prepare accurate and compliant techno-commercial bids within specified timelines; coordinate with internal teams.
Cost Estimation: Estimate production costs including raw materials (steel, copper, brass, etc.); calculate machining time, labor, manufacturing overheads, surface treatments, packaging, and logistics; assess cost implications for current/customized products.
Pricing Strategy: Work with management to establish profit margins; conduct competitor pricing analysis and market benchmarking.
