Roles & Responsibilities Zonal Head, Karnataka (Gold Lending)
Drive business growth and achieve Gold Loan disbursement targets for the Karnataka zone.
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and profitability.
Oversee branch operations and ensure operational excellence across the zone.
Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate Branch Heads and sales teams.
Monitor portfolio quality, risk parameters, and regulatory/company compliance.
Build and maintain robust relationships with channel partners, DSAs, and key stakeholders.
Track sales performance and conduct regular business reviews and MIS reporting.
Identify business prospects and implement action plans to improve regional performance.
Ensure achievement of branch-wise and zonal targets through effective team management.
Lead high-performing teams and drive a target-oriented, growth-focused culture.
