Role: Freelance Urban Planner

Responsibilities
Lead urban development project
To prepare master plan/development plan for various schemes
Coordination with authorities and various stakeholders
To guide a team of specialists
Finalise reportds, presentations etc.

Qualifications Experience
Bachelor degree in architecture and Masters degree in Urban Planning/Urban design
Minimum 25 plus years experience in the field of urban planning/development
Have worked in the senior position as a team leader/project director/Head for significant urban planning assignments
Must have worked in large infrastructure development projects - SEZs, large development projects etc.
Experience of dealing with various stakeholders, teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, positive presentation skills etc
Experience of working with multiple lateral agencies or consulting companies preferable
