Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure smooth operation of hospital facilities, including maintenance, housekeeping, security, and patient care services.
Patient Counseling, Doctor Coordination, Billing, Discounts, Extra Mile Services for VIP & VVIP.
Daily MIS reporting to COO.
Oversee daily activities of various departments such as OPD, IPD, NICU, ICCU, Operation Theater (OT), Pharmacy, Laboratory & Radiology.
Coordinate with doctors and other medical staff to ensure productive patient flow and quality treatment.
Manage inventory management for medical supplies and equipment.
Maintain accurate records of hospital operations and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
