Key Responsibilities:

Operations
- Monitor and control plant operations (raw mill, kiln, cement mill, and auxiliaries) to achieve targeted production levels.
- Maintain optimal process parameters to ensure equipment reliability and product quality.
- Coordinate with shift operators and maintenance teams for smooth operations and minimal downtime.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: B.E./B. Tech, Diploma in Chemical, or Production Engineering / Cement Technology
10 -15 years in cement plant / production operations
