About the Opportunity
We are setting up a recent pharmacy in Guwahati and are looking for a qualified and responsible Pharmacist to join us as a long-term professional partner.
The pharmacy liscence will be taken in the selected Pharmacist's name, and the Pharmacist will be responsible for ensuring that the pharmacy operates in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Compensation

- 10% share of the pharmacy's profit, in addition to the salary

Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day pharmacy operations
- Dispense medicines responsibly and in accordance with prescriptions
- Maintain proper records and stock management
- Ensure compliance with applicable pharmacy and drug regulations
- Manage medicine purchases, inventory and expiry checks
- Provide appropriate guidance to customers regarding medicines
- Maintain a clean, organised and professional pharmacy environment
Requirements
- D.Pharm / B.Pharm from a recognised institution
- Valid pharmacist registration with the relevant State Pharmacy Council
- Willingness to have the pharmacy licence registered in their name
- Valuable knowledge of medicines and pharmacy operations
- Responsible, honest and professional attitude
- Good communication skills
- Prior retail pharmacy experience will be an advantage
