Vyttila
Performance Marketing & SEO Specialist
Company: Roavion Automotive Pvt. Ltd.
Department : Digital Marketing
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience: 2–5 years
Industry: E-commerce / Automotive / D2C
Location: [Kochi, Kerala, India]
Salary: 15,000 – 30,000 per month
About the Role
We are building a premium D2C automotive brand in a category where customer education and discovery are still at an early stage.
That creates a unique growth opportunity — but it also means we cannot rely on traditional marketing.
We are looking for a Performance Marketing & SEO Specialist who can take ownership of customer acquisition, organic growth, analytics, and continuous optimization.
This is not a reporting-only role.
We want someone who can look at the data, identify what is wrong, understand why it is happening, solve the problem, test the solution, and turn the result into measurable business growth.
You will have ownership across SEO, paid acquisition, analytics, conversion optimization, and growth experiments.
Key Responsibilities1. SEO Strategy & Execution
- Conduct keyword research and identify high-intent search opportunities.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies focused on customer acquisition and revenue.
- Manage on-page SEO, technical SEO, internal linking, metadata, and content optimization.
- Build content pillars based on customer search behavior and buying intent.
- Monitor Google Search Console, keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversions.
- Identify SEO problems and opportunities and take corrective action.
- Continuously improve organic visibility and qualified traffic.
1. Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage campaigns against clear ROAS, CAC, conversion, and revenue targets.
- Develop structured testing frameworks for creatives, audiences, landing pages, offers, and campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and reallocate budgets based on business results.
- Identify underperforming campaigns quickly and determine what needs to change.
- Continuously test new acquisition opportunities and scaling strategies.
1. Analytics & Data-Driven Decision Making
- Own marketing analytics and performance dashboards.
- Analyze the complete conversion funnel from traffic → lead/customer → purchase → repeat purchase.
- Track CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, LTV, LTV:CAC, and other critical growth metrics.
- Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, advertising platforms, and spreadsheets to identify trends and opportunities.
- Translate complex data into clear business decisions.
- Do not simply report numbers — explain what happened, why it happened, and what we should do next.
1. Growth & Optimization
- Run continuous A/B tests and growth experiments.
- Identify bottlenecks in the customer acquisition and conversion funnel.
- Establish monthly performance reviews:
- What worked?
- What did not work?
- Why?
- What should we test next?
- Find opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency and reduce CAC.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Creative, and Management teams to turn insights into action.
What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is smart, analytical, proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable taking ownership.
You should have
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, SEO, Growth Marketing, or a closely related role.
- Experience in D2C, e-commerce, consumer brands, or automotive. Automotive experience is a strong advantage.
- Robust practical knowledge of:
- Google Analytics
- Google Search Console
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- SEO tools
- Excel / Google Sheets
- Conversion and funnel analytics
- Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, LTV, LTV:CAC, conversion rate, and attribution.
- Proven ability to analyze data and turn insights into measurable actions.
- Experience designing and evaluating A/B tests and marketing experiments.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
The Person We Want This is important.
We are not looking for someone who simply follows a marketing checklist or produces monthly reports.
We want someone who
- Thinks independently and challenges assumptions.
- Can identify problems before being asked.
- Uses data to make decisions rather than opinions.
- Has strong business judgment and understands the commercial impact of marketing.
- Can troubleshoot campaigns, SEO issues, tracking problems, and funnel bottlenecks.
- Is curious enough to keep testing and learning.
- Is highly organized and careful with details.
- Takes ownership of results instead of making excuses.
- Can prioritize what matters when there are multiple problems.
- Has the confidence to propose better solutions.
- Can work independently but knows when to collaborate.
- Has the potential to lead growth initiatives and eventually lead a team.
A simple test: If you see that CAC has increased by 30%, we don't want you to simply report:
“CAC increased by 30%.”
We want you to investigate:
What changed → Why did it change → What is causing it → What should we test → What action should we take → Did the action improve the result?
That is the mindset we are looking for.
Why Join Us?
We are building a premium D2C automotive business in a category with significant room for customer education and digital growth.
The chance is to build the acquisition engine before the market becomes crowded.
If we can identify the right customers, acquire them efficiently, convert them consistently, and continuously improve the economics, we can scale significantly faster than competitors.
You will have the opportunity to work directly on real business problems and see your work translate into measurable growth.
