Grow Commerce is a global e-commerce growth company helping Indian brands launch and scale internationally across marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Etsy.

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can take ownership of paid marketing campaigns, optimize advertising performance, generate qualified leads, and contribute directly to business growth.

Key Responsibilities1. Paid Advertising

- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop campaign strategies based on business objectives, target audience, and budgets.
- Manage campaign structures, targeting, creatives, bidding, and budgets.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROI and reduce acquisition costs.

2. Lead Generation

- Develop performance marketing strategies to generate qualified leads for Grow Commerce.
- Build and optimize lead-generation funnels and landing pages.
- Track lead quality, conversion rates, CPL, CAC, and overall campaign performance.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead-to-client conversion.

3. E-commerce & Marketplace Advertising

- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns for e-commerce brands.
- Develop strategies for Amazon PPC and marketplace advertising where required.
- Analyze search terms, keywords, competitors, product performance, and customer behavior.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales while maintaining profitable advertising spend.

4. Analytics & Reporting

- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports.
- Track key metrics including ROAS, ROI, CPL, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate, and revenue.
- Analyze data to identify trends, problems, and growth opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights to management.

5. Creative & Funnel Optimization

- Work with the creative/content team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Test different hooks, formats, messaging, audiences, and offers.
- Conduct A/B testing across campaigns and landing pages.
- Continuously improve the customer acquisition funnel.





6. Strategy & Growth

- Stay updated with changes in advertising platforms, algorithms, and industry trends.
- Research competitors and identify new acquisition opportunities.
- Experiment with new platforms, audiences, and marketing channels.
- Develop scalable strategies for international e-commerce growth.

Required Skills

- 2–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
- Strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Understanding of lead generation and conversion funnels.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Positive knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools.
- Solid understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversion metrics.
- Experience with e-commerce or D2C brands is preferred.
- Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Experience

- Experience with Amazon PPC / Amazon Ads.
- Experience working with international markets, especially the US market.
- Experience with e-commerce agencies or marketplaces.
- Knowledge of tools such as Helium 10, DataHawk, Perpetua, Pacvue, or similar advertising/analytics platforms.
- Experience managing significant monthly advertising budgets.
