Job Title: Performance Marketer with International experience | Paid Ads (Meta & Google) for Global Clients

About the role:

We're looking for a results-driven performance marketer to plan, run, and optimise paid campaigns for our clients across the US, UK, and beyond. If you love turning ad spend into real results and living in the data, this is for you.

What you'll do:

- Plan, set up, and manage paid campaigns on Meta and Google
- Optimise for solid ROI and a healthy customer acquisition cost (CAC)
- Build and test audiences, creatives, and copy
- Track performance and produce clear, honest reporting
- Continuously improve campaigns based on data

What we're looking for:

- Proven experience running paid campaigns on Meta and Google for International customers (please share results/examples)
- Strong understanding of targeting, funnels,



and conversion optimisation
- Comfortable managing real ad budgets and reporting on ROI
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and up to date with platform changes
- Excellent communication skills

Bonus points:

- Experience across different industries or client types
- Familiarity with landing pages, tracking setup (pixels, conversions), and tools like GoHighLevel
