Must-Have**

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5) Minimum 12+ years of experience in PCBA design and ECAD model creation.

At least 6+ years of experience in a Team Lead or Engineering Manager role.

Strong technical expertise with excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Proven ability to mentor, guide, and develop engineering teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely project execution.

Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, working effectively under pressure while maintaining quality and productivity standards.

Experience in developing and implementing process-oriented design workflows and engineering best practices.

Demonstrated experience working with global customers, understanding business and technical challenges,



and delivering cutting-edge, industry-standard solutions.

Hands-on Expertise In Siemens Xpedition EDM Tools For PCB Design

Library Management

ECAD Data Management

Experience in the Oil & Gas Upstream industry is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of current PCB design standards, quality processes, and engineering governance.

Good-to-Have Project Management Skills
