We are looking for an experienced Payroll Executive / Senior Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processing, statutory compliance, employee salary administration, and payroll-related MIS for our organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for employees.
- Prepare salary sheets, payroll inputs, deductions, incentives, overtime, arrears, and final settlements.
- Maintain accurate employee payroll and salary records.
- Handle PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Bonus, Gratuity and other statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with HR and Accounts teams for payroll inputs and salary processing.
- Verify attendance, leave, LOP, new joiners, exits, increments, promotions and salary revisions.
- Prepare payroll MIS and management reports.
- Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, PF, ESI, TDS and other payroll matters.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory returns and payments.




- Support annual payroll activities, tax declarations and Form 16-related processes.
- Maintain payroll documentation and ensure confidentiality of employee salary information.
- Coordinate with auditors and statutory consultants whenever required.

Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of Payroll Processing and Statutory Compliance.
- Hands-on experience in PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Bonus & Gratuity.
- Good knowledge of Excel / MS Office.
- Experience with HRMS / Payroll software and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle payroll within strict timelines and maintain accuracy.

Qualification Graduate / Post Graduate in HR, Commerce, Finance, Business Administration or a relevant discipline.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates from Manufacturing, Engineering, Automobile, Heavy Engineering or Industrial organizations will be preferred.
