We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated Outbound Auto Insurance Verification Executives to join our growing team in Chennai.

In this role, you will communicate with U.S. auto insurance companies to verify insurance eligibility, policy coverage, and related information. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers looking to build a career in the International BPO and Insurance Verification industry.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to U.S. auto insurance companies.
- Verify vehicle insurance eligibility and policy coverage.
- Confirm policy status, deductibles, coverage details, and claim-related information.
- Accurately update verification details in the company system.
- Meet quality and productivity standards.
- Follow company policies and established procedures.

Required Skills
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency.
- Ability to work in the 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM night shift.




- Quick learner with attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to grow.

Qualifications
- Any Graduate or Undergraduate.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in International BPO, Voice Process, Customer Support, or Insurance Verification is an advantage but not mandatory.
