Key Responsibilities

- Process Optimization: Develop, implement, and refine workflows and systems to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

- Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate employees; set performance expectations and provide coaching.

Oversee budgets, control costs, manage inventory, and procure necessary materials.

- Performance Monitoring: Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to make informed decisions for improvement.

- Strategic Alignment: Ensure daily operations support organizational goals, collaborating with leadership and other departments.

Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.
