Role Description The Positive Psychology Intern will support the design and delivery of wellbeing-focused programs and resources for students and young specialists. This internship role is hybrid, based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks aligned with project and team requirements.



Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in the development of positive psychology workshops and modules, conducting basic research on mental health and wellbeing topics, and supporting psychological assessments under supervision, where applicable. The intern will help design educational content, contribute to mentorship and support initiatives, and engage with learners to foster resilience, motivation, and personal growth. Additional tasks may include collecting feedback, preparing reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate positive psychology principles into Grow Grid’s programs.
Qualifications
Foundational knowledge in Psychology and Positive Psychology, with an interest in applying psychological concepts to education and career development.
Basic understanding of Psychological Testing and assessment methods, preferably with exposure to standardized tools under appropria
