Position: Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development qualified with robust advertising/creative agency experience who knows how to identify opportunities, pitch the right solutions, negotiate with decision-makers, and close business quickly.

This role is for someone commercially sharp, highly networked, and confident enough to take a lead from the first conversation to a signed deal.

Prior experience in an Advertising, Creative, Branding, Marketing, Digital, or Design Agency is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
Generate current business through networking, cold outreach, references, partnerships, and existing industry relationships.





Identify and approach potential clients across branding, advertising, marketing, hospitality, healthcare, retail, corporate, and lifestyle sectors.

Own the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and first meeting to pitch, negotiation, closure, and onboarding.

Convert qualified leads into paying clients quickly and efficiently.
Lead business pitches, presentations, meetings, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
Understand client requirements and translate them into relevant creative and marketing solutions.
Work closely with the creative team to develop proposals and pitches that have a strong commercial and strategic proposition.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with founders, CMOs, marketing heads, brand managers, and key decision-makers.
Prepare proposals, quotations, scopes of work, and strategic business presentations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
