Key Roles & Responsibilities

Develop content for landing pages, brochures, emailers, ads, advertorials, presentations, solution briefs, case studies, and sales collateral.

Create messaging frameworks and content plans aligned with business goals, target audiences, and sales objectives.

Develop content supporting the full customer journey, including prospecting, lead generation, nurturing, and engagement.

Partner with sales, marketing, product, digital,



and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective content.

Support campaigns across websites, email, paid media, social media, and other digital channels.

Collaborate with creative/design teams for effective execution and consistent brand communication.

Monitor content performance and optimize messaging, engagement, lead generation, and conversion.

Maintain consistent brand voice, messaging, quality, and communication standards.

Track industry trends, customer insights, competitor positioning, and content best practices.

Manage multiple projects, prioritize deliverables, and ensure timely, high-quality execution.

Required Qualifications

12+ years of experience in sales enablement, content marketing, marketing communications, or related functions.

Robust writing, editing, storytelling, and communication skills.

Robust knowledge of content strategy, customer journeys, lead generation, sales funnels, and conversion optimization.
