Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage women empowerment and SHG programs.
Mobilize and engage rural women in livelihood initiatives.
Form, strengthen, and support Self-Help Groups.
Plan and implement training programs related to food processing, entrepreneurship, and skill development.
Monitor project activities and ensure timely execution.




Conduct field visits and maintain relationships with community stakeholders.
Prepare project reports, documentation, and progress updates.
Coordinate with government departments, NGOs, local institutions, and community leaders.
Organize awareness campaigns, workshops, and community meetings.
Track project outcomes and suggest strategies for improving program effectiveness.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Rural Development, Sociology, Development Studies, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in SHG, women empowerment, rural development, or community-based projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Experience in community mobilization and stakeholder management.
Proficiency in report writing and documentation.
Ability to travel to field locations when required.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of SHG operations and government schemes.
