Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Supervise a team of sales associates to ensure excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct regular stock takes to maintain accurate inventory levels and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards in all aspects of store operations.
Job Requirements :
- 2-8 years of experience in retail management or related field.
- Robust knowledge of retail operations, including stores maintenance, retail outlets, retail management, retail store operations, retail operations, store supervision.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.
