Position: O/A Executive – Marketing Team

Location: Padawala (Shapar), Rajkot

Industry: Investment Casting / Manufacturing

Experience: Experience in casting line preferred

Education: Graduate

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience

Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 07:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day marketing and customer coordination activities.
- Communicate with existing and potential customers through phone, email and WhatsApp.
- Prepare quotations, offers and other marketing-related documents.
- Follow up with customers for enquiries, quotations and orders.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Dispatch and other departments for customer requirements.
- Maintain customer records, enquiry details and follow-up reports.
- Generate new business enquiries and support the sales team.
- Coordinate with customers regarding product specifications,



delivery schedules and requirements.
- Prepare daily/weekly marketing reports for management.
- Support customer visits, meetings and business development activities.
- Maintain professional communication and good relationships with customers.

Required Skills

- Good English communication skills.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Email.
- Experience in casting / investment casting line will be preferred.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented and confident personality.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

Preferred Candidate

Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Candidates with experience in the casting industry will be given preference.
