Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is to manage and grow a portfolio of NRI clients by providing personalized banking, wealth management, and investment solutions tailored to their financial goals. The position drives revenue through new client acquisition, product cross-selling, and maximizing wallet share. Additionally, the role ensures exceptional service delivery while maintaining strict compliance with regulatory standards and achieving monthly organizational targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain solid ties with NRI clients to understand their financial needs.
- Acquire new clients and increase existing wallet share through customized product cross-selling.
- Deliver personalized banking and investment recommendations tailored to client risk profiles.
- Act as the primary contact point to resolve inquiries efficiently with high service standards.
- Meet or exceed monthly organizational targets for portfolio growth and revenue.
- Ensure all operations strictly follow KYC, SEBI, and banking regulations.
