- Back-End Web Development skills, with hands-on experience using Node.js and related server-side frameworks.
- Solid JavaScript skills, including ES6+ features and familiarity with asynchronous programming and debugging.
- Experience with Redux.js or similar state management libraries for complex front-end applications.
- Solid foundation in software development principles, including version control (e.g., Git), testing, and code optimization.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs, working with JSON data, and handling authentication and authorization.
- Ability to collaborate with product, design, and QA teams, and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working in on-site, cross-functional development environments is preferred.
