Role Overview will play a key role in developing new wiring harness products from concept to mass production. You will ensure technical feasibility, quality compliance, and customer satisfaction through robust product and process development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Recent Product Development activities for wiring harness projects.

Drive APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan and product validation activities.(Comple File Preparation)

Ensure technical feasibility, process design validation and sample approvals.

Coordinate with Cross Functional Teams (CFT), customers, and suppliers.

Manage ECN/ECR, customer drawings, specifications, and change management.





Ensure control of Special Characteristics and compliance to IATF standards.

Review and update development documents and report status to customers.

Approve or reject supplier submissions and manage non-conforming materials.

Qualification : B.E /DME / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering

Experience : 5–8 years in Wiring Harness NPD / Automotive Industry

Technical

- Wiring Harness design & manufacturing processes
- APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, ECN management
- IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 standards
