Strong L2 experience in Routing, Switching, and Wireless
- Hands-on experience with Cisco and Juniper devices
- Knowledge of network isolation and application-level issue analysis
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently on L2/L3 issues
- Good to have: Knowledge on Cisco SD WAN, Cisco ISE and Citrix NetScaler
Handle L2 routing and wireless operations
- Perform Cisco & Juniper switching configuration and troubleshooting
- Isolate and resolve network vs application issues
- Coordinate with teams and vendors for issue resolution
- Support L2/L3 incidents independently
