Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain our Oracle NetSuite ERP platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.x), SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteAnalytics, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions. The role will partner closely with cross-functional teams across Finance, Operations, Procurement, and HR to enhance automation, data integrity, and overall system performance.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Customization & Development Design, develop, test, and deploy NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript (1.0 / 2.x), SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and other SuiteCloud tools.
2. System Enhancement Customize and extend NetSuite functionality across modules such as Financials, Procurement, CRM, and Inventory, ensuring optimal process alignment.
3. Reporting & Analytics Build and maintain saved searches, SuiteAnalytics dashboards, and custom reports to provide actionable insights to business users.
4. Integrations Develop and manage integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications using RESTlets, SuiteTalk (SOAP/REST APIs), or middleware tools.
5. Workflow Management Create, enhance, and maintain custom workflows, approval hierarchies, and business rules for automation and compliance.
6. Upgrades & Release Management – Ensure all customizations and integrations remain compatible with NetSuite’s biannual releases; manage sandbox testing and deployment.

Issue Resolution & User Support – Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues; provide day-to-day support to users and internal stakeholders.
8. Collaboration & Requirement Analysis – Work with functional and business teams to gather requirements, propose solutions, and translate them into technical deliverables.
9. Documentation & Governance – Maintain clear documentation for all scripts, integrations, workflows, and configuration changes in line with audit and IT governance standards.
10. Best Practices & Optimization – Follow NetSuite development best practices, optimize code performance, and recommend process improvements for system efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 4 + years of hands-on NetSuite development experience.

- Technical Proficiency:
- Expertise in SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.x, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteAnalytics.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, REST, SOAP, XML, and general web technologies.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite data model, custom records, user roles, permissions, and deployment processes.




- Experience integrating NetSuite with external systems using RESTlets / SuiteTalk or third-party connectors.
- Administrative Knowledge: Familiarity with NetSuite administration (roles, bundles, environments, access control).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills; ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

- NetSuite SuiteFoundation or SuiteCloud Developer Certification.
- Experience with Finance and Accounting modules (GL, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition).
- Exposure to ERP implementation projects, data migration, or process automation.
- Knowledge of SuiteAnalytics Workbooks, saved search optimization, and performance tuning.
- Experience in DevOps / CI-CD processes and version control (Git, Jenkins, etc.) is a plus.
