Role Description The Delmia Apriso Lead will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of Delmia Apriso-based manufacturing execution solutions for CounselCrate’s clients. This full time,



in office role in Bengaluru involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, configure and customize Delmia Apriso modules, and manage integration with ERP, MES, and shop-floor systems. The role includes overseeing technical teams, reviewing solution architecture, ensuring adherence to best practices, and supporting deployment, testing, and post-go-live stabilization. The Delmia Apriso Lead will also troubleshoot complex issues, prepare documentation, provide user training, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge-sharing across projects.
Qualifications

Robust expertise in Delmia Apriso implementation, configuration, and customization, including leading end-to-end MES solution delivery.
Experience integrating Delmia Apriso with ERP and other enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and working with manufacturing and shop-floor processes.
